From unlimited telephone advice to readily available HR documents, you can be rest assured that you have everything you need should any issues arise. By having a dedicated solicitor to handle your queries, we hope to work with you to build a long-lasting partnership.
Unfortunately, some claims are unavoidable and as part of our service we would defend Tribunal claims on your behalf. Our fees and Tribunal payouts would be covered by the insurance policy which forms part of HR Key. Claims pursued against you are therefore already budgeted for. The policy provides generous cover of up to £100,000 per claim and up to £500,000 per year.
Once you have HR Key in place you can be confident that your business is compliant, and our annual audit guarantees that you’re never caught out! With these processes in place, you can and focus on other aspects of your business.
